Good posture can not only strengthen your back, but also make you look taller, slimmer and improve your overall look.

With help and advice from the British Chiropractic Association, M&S has developed Perfect Poise™ lingerie. The 3 piece range has been launched to encourage and improve your posture through the use of panels and cleverly hidden padding supporting your back and bust.

The bra and body use specially designed back panels which fall across the centre of the shoulders to add support encouraging the wearer to keep their shoulders back making them less likely to slouch.

The high waisted knickers have an in built lower back panel which sits into the small of the back which encourages body alignment.

Not only does the knicker and body encourage good posture but they also slim and smooth the tummy giving the wearer a more flattened figure.

M&S carried out an independent test of over 100 women and 87% of those tested felt the products gave support to their back.
